Consistenly excellent bread--several varieties I find "best in the region"--good pastries, competent and quick service.
Given how long the lines can be on market day (not to mention the task of serving the public during a pandemic) I'm boggled that people are downgrading the staff for working efficiently / with concentration (rather than chatting, flirting, etc). I have never found them unwilling to answer relevant questions like ingredients, allergens etc. The right items in the bag, correct price, instantly, with a simple "thank you," and top top quality; what more can one ask?Visited in May 2022

Excellente boulangerie pâtisserie, Ambiance très agréable, les vendeuses sont dynamiques et toujours un petit mot pour les habitués... Un délicieux fraisier pour mon anniversaire. Des petits pains rond de table personnalisés pour un repas de famille. Tout était parfait. Vraiment une boulangerie au top... N'hésitez pas... Foncez... La qualité est là...

J'ai mangé mon meilleur kouin aman de Bretagne dans cette boulangerie (au sarrasin). J'ai ensuite testé plein de boulangerie pour en retrouver un identique sans succès. Le feuilletage était detaillé, il y avait le parfait dosage de beurre et de sucre. Je m'en souviendrai toute ma vie.

Le pain est bon, je recommande le kouign amann à la farine de sarrazin. Cette boulangerie, victime de son succès, ne propose plus certains produits à partir de la fin de la matinée (surtout les jours de marché), c'est dommage. J'ai un peu baissé la note au niveau du service, mais cela se comprend si c'est de l'artisanal et non de l'industriel.Traduction

Cette boulangerie vaut le détour. Les sandwichs et les viennoiseries sont très bons. Le far breton est excellent également, je le conseille. Nous avons été servis alors que la boulangerie fermait, sandwichs faits à la demande alors qu'il n'y en avait plus en boutique. Un grand merci!
